Ron Carter was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has spent his entire career selling Real Estate in Contra Costa County. Ron earned his Real Estate license in 1972 and his Broker's license in 1975. With over 30 years of experience and involvement in over 1,000 transactions, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of Real Estate.

Since 1977 Ron has specialized in the sale of Lots and Land. He has worked with local zoning laws and General Plan requirements, and has firsthand experience in dealing with water and fire departments, California Departments of Fish and Game, as well as county and city planning departments. He's familiar with the best civil engineering firms and land surveyors. In short, he knows the ropes when it comes to land development.

Ron is an active member in the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
